Last week Gábor attended the "When East Meets West" section of the Trieste Film Festival with a brand new sidebar of Midpoint TV Launch, Cold Open, designed to help feature film producers to make the first leap into drama series production. The old adage by William Goldman "Nobody knows anything" has never been more true, so Gábor opened and ended his speech asserting exactly this, referring to the constantly changing nature of our industry. However, it does not stop us from talking about it endlessly. Thanks to #MidpointTVLaunch and #WhenEastMeetsWest for the awesome programme. The amazing level of the participants and the windy but sunny seaside made it an exceptionally inspirational trip.
